Sainsburys food drive

On Thursday 12th April, a small team of TCS volunteers hosted a last minute food drive at Sainsburys on the Forge retail park

In just two and a half hours, Eileen, Kathy and Cat collected over two full trolleys of food weighing in at just over 150kg!

Thank you to every customer that stopped for a chat and left a donation in the trolley

Half-term referral spike

In just two days of returning from the bank holiday weekend, 32 referrals have been put through for emergency food support.

Here is a picture of just the deliveries alone that are going out which is double that of a typical morning delivery

We are very fortunate that we have a van to be able to accommodate so many parcels however we need your ongoing support to ensure that we can keep it on the road such as the costs of diesel, tax, insurance etc so please, if you feel like you can make a small gesture, please click on the image below to make a contribution.

We are expecting a spike in referrals over the Easter holidays due to free school meals being unavailable. To find your nearest donation point, please click here

Thank you

New donation point!

We are very pleased to say that the staff at the Priorslee Co op store have added a donation point for customers and the community to drop off any surplus items that could be used by the Foodbank to help to feed those in need.

Next time you drop in, please make a donation if you can!

Telford Foodbank needs your help!

We have just given out our 30th food parcel of the week so far & we are struggling to keep up with the demand.

Please consider dropping in a tin or two at any of the locations listed here, or directly to Woodside Park Lane centre or to Leegomery Community Centre.

If you can’t physically reach out to us, please make a donation via local giving if you can
