Telford Foodbank aims to provide a parcel that contains around four days of nutritionally balanced, non-perishable tinned, and dried foods subject to our stock levels and donations.
A typical food parcel contains enough provisions to make three main meals, lunches, and breakfasts.
We also provide essential non-food items, including toiletries and hygiene products, helping people in crisis to maintain dignity.
Shower Gel & Soap
Shampoo
Deodorants
Toothpaste
Toothbrushes
Disposable Razors
Shaving Foam
Feminine Care Products
We welcome any dietary-specific foods, vegetarian meals, gluten-free and free-from etc.
Where to take your donation
If you can get to our Stafford Park hub between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday to bring things across to us, that’s great!
If you can’t get there, no problem; our Donation Points are the next best thing.
We have donation points in many locations across the borough, at supermarkets including ASDA town centre, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons Lawley & Wellington, and local convenience stores such as the CO-OP stores in Stirchley, Priorslee and Ironbridge and One-Stop Shops in Shifnal and Wellington. You can also drop off at several community hubs across the borough, including Donnington and Citizens Advice in Wellington.

Our relationship with these outlets is strong, and we’d love you to say thank you to them. The reason they help us is that they respond to customer requests. They’re customer-led. If their customers ask for it, they listen.
Please encourage other stores and supermarkets in our Borough to help us too.
Next time you go shopping, pop a comment in their customer services book, thank them or ask them to support Telford Crisis Support.
