Last year, Telford Crisis Support provided families with more than 100,000 meals along with an extra 16,000 breakfast packs, ensuring a nutritious and healthy start to the day for school pupils.

We are receiving an increasing number of calls and requests for help with gas and electricity following the recent price increases, although we do not currently provide vouchers or money for this ourselves the following links may be of help to you if you are currently in need of information, advice or guidance.

Our referral system allows users to identify what cooking facilities they have available to enable us to supply suitable foods to meet most needs.

Gas and Electricity vouchers are awarded by Telford and Wrekin Council. Telford Crisis Support does not currently issue or supply cash, vouchers or any financial reward.

Remember if you need help and are unable to travel far Telford Crisis Support deliver food and clothing referrals Monday to Friday across the borough, please click here to find the one nearest to you.

Food parcels are available the same day (subject to restrictions) and the next day.

Clothing referrals may take a few days depending upon the items needed.
